- • Vaping products and e-cigarettes
- • Alcoholic beverages
- • Perishable items (food, drinks)
- • Items purchased more than 7 days ago
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase
- Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation is required

- Credit/Debit Card: Refund processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Cash Payments: Cash refund provided at the store

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order:

- We will replace the item or provide a full refund
- No restocking fees apply for our errors

- During Preparation: Contact us immediately; cancellation may not be possible
- After Ready for Pickup: Standard return policy applies
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item following our return policy
- Place a new order for the desired item
